Located outside of Portland Oregon, Tempest, Inc. was founded in 1997 offering PCB design services. We have since expanded into a multi-facetted service provider for the electronics industry.
Tempest's origins stem from a small design dept. in a larger company. Internally ATS (Tempests parent company) was abounding with request for special PCB designs and projects that superseded ATS standard products and services.
Soon after branching off we found a market that was not doing so well, but being small we quickly assessed our strengths and realized we have a vast array of talents… so lets use them!
