board assembly industry worldwide. We are recognized as a leading edge company in the area of
assembly reliability.
Our mission is to provide our customers with cost effective engineering solutions to build-in the
reliability of electronic packages and circuit board assemblies, and prevent costly field failures.
Our recent development work is in the area of lead-free assemblies. We are building a database and
knowledge-base of lead-free material properties and assembly reliability data to assist customers
gearing-up towards lead-free electronic products.
