And we have supplied several thousand control valves to customers all over the world.Moreover, in order to ensure that plant equipment is maintained in the best condition, CV maintenance shops are being set up in Asia, and we are expanding our MRO business for the mainte-nance and replacement of control valves. We are also working on the development of smart valve positioners that will extend the working life of control valves.Finally, the trump card in Yamatake's international market strategy lies in combining area-focused IA/CP/BA business. IA (industrial automation) covers discrete, hybrid and batch process automation for plants and factories; CP (control products) offers a wide range of equipment for measurement and control applications; and BA (building automation) delivers comfortable interior environments.
