Hypertronics has been in the laser industry since 1991 as a laser system solution provider offering standard or customized equipments for marking, engraving and cutting applications. We have now expanded to develop our own laser machines and marking software. The laser machines that we are experienced with are those in laser marking, both YAG and CO2, laser cutting, trimming and other laser applications. We have an installation base of more than 600 laser systems worldwide with handlers in factories for many companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Sweden, USA etc.
Our product range includes low cost YAG & CO2 laser marking machines integrated with customized handling systems. We have developed our own marking software that controls the scanning head. Our marking software can mark alphanumeric fonts, barcode, data matrix, logos and graphics. Logos and graphics can be drawn in software like Autocad and CorelDraw and then imported in the marking program using the HPGL files. Other types of marking can be customized as options. Low cost and minimal maintenance laser marking systems are essential for industries to compete when faced with labor shortages and needs for quality and reliability. We are able to build affordable and customized laser systems to meet all types of user requirement.
In recognition of our efforts and to assist us to further succeed in this field, the National Science and Technology Board (NSTB) and the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore have given Hypertronics grants to continue in the research of laser technology.
About Company
Hypertronics started as a laser products distribution and servicing company in 1991. We have since grown from that to developing and manufacturing our own superior grade YAG and CO2 laser systems. These systems are used primarily in cutting and marking applications in the manufacturing environment. We also offer full solutions, thereby increasing reliability, reducing sub-system complexity and simplifying man-machine interface.
