Customer Service. At Control Plus, we pride ourselves on the highest level of service to the customer. Several modes of communication are offered. While our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, our account managers are available 24/7 to handle our customers' emergency needs. In addition, our website and email provide 24/7 convenience for any type of request. Our account managers are also available for on-site calls, product demonstrations, and application assistance. Our office staff works hard to process orders in a timely manner and assist customers with technical details and product research. Publications. We maintain an extensive library of literature in support of our product lines. This includes the most current catalogs, brochures, spec sheets, etc on all our products.
