The WD Beteiligungs GMb has taken over the operating business activities of Vits America, Inc. as of October 1, 2002. Mr. Werner Deuring, a private investor recognized the potential of this innovative company. It is his goal to successfully continue the 75-year-old traditional mechanical engineering company under the same well-known name Vits America, Inc., while retaining the present location in Blauvelt, New York. The company, together with it's Managing Director Deirdre Ryder, herself an employee since 2002, and 25 employees, Vits America, Inc. designs, develops, and sells inline finishing equipment for the printing and packaging industry such as, High Speed Mulitcut Sheeters; Prefolders; Folding Sheeting Systems; Gluers/Coaters; Perforators; Stacker/Batcher Systems; Foil Stamping and Foil Saving Equipment; and also Servo Drives. The Mulitcut Sheeter is manufactured in the Blauvelt, N.Y. facility. Vits America, Inc. is also the North American distributor for the Vits Systems Rotocut S & HS, built in Langenfeld, Germany. The Rotocut is a high speed air flotation Sheeter. The transformation from a traditional machinery manufacturer into an innovative systems supplier for customer specific solutions is the main aim of the highly motivated team of specialists. Vits America, Inc. has been and always will be driven by customer satisfaction and a strong desire to improve. In order to fulfill these requirements both efficiently and competently, Vits America, Inc. trusts in its own in-house machine assembly facility and the support of the large global customer base by our sales department. The new start at Vits America, Inc. was enabled not only by the loyalty of its strong customer base but also by its suppliers and employees who have all trusted in the company and given their support during this change.
