Surface Mount Production Epsilon is committed to ongoing investment and was recently the first company in the UK to install Samsung's latest Surface Mount Assembly machine, the CP45-FV Neo, in a new 19000 cph SMT production line. With six heads and six on-the-fly cameras it handles components from 0201 up to 42mm square QFP and PLCC as well as BGA, micro BGA and CSP. This compliments our Dima HP110 4600 cph SMT placement machine which we can use independently or in tandem with the Samsung. You can find details of all our equipment on our Equipment Page. Through Hole Assembly Epsilon also has a large through hole assembly capacity with six Contact Systems CS400C programmable assembly machines and multiple hand assembly cells.
