We serve your complete printed circuit board assembly needs by offering Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Ball-Grid-Array (BGA) assembly and rework, and Pin Through Hole (PTH)capability. We also assist you with Design For Manufacturability (DFM) and Design For Testability (DFT) services. We specialize in Quick Turn Assemblies (QTA) and New Product Introductions (NPI). But we don't stop there. To complement our SMT and BGA capabilities, we offer wave soldering on our dual-wave Electrovert wave solder machine and manual soldering led by our IPC-ANSI-J-STD-001 Certified Trainer.
