EDM specializes in custom-building Printed Circuit Board assemblies, from simple boards with few parts to complex projects with thousands of components. We can build prototypes for your review, or handle high-volume production runs. If your project is still in the planning stage, our in-house engineers can create designs ready for manufacturing. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility includes high-speed Surface Mount placement lines which can handle fine-pitch parts and ball-grid arrays. Thru-Hole components are installed by automated thru-hole insertion equipment as well as experienced hand assemblers (70% of our employees have been with us more than five years). If your product requires final assembly of the PCB with other parts, or into a case or housing system, EDM can provide that service as well. By outsourcing the total project with us, you will reduce the amount of handling, saving both time and money. We will assemble, test, and package your product to your specifications.
