Polymag Tek manufactures innovative web cleaners, sheet cleaners, and process roll cleaners for the coating, laminating, printing and converting industries - custom designed to remove dirt, contamination, slitting dust and converting debris. Web Cleaning and Sheet Cleaning is accomplished with Polymag® Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR) that are a tacky roll or particle transfer roll (PTR). Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR's) or particle transfer rolls (PTR's) clean more efficiently than conventional non-contact cleaning devices such as vacuum, ultrasonic, brush and vacuum or cloth wipe methods. Polymag systems are made to specific customer web cleaning or sheet cleaning specifications. CCR's can be made from existing customer idler rolls or custom designed for a unique substrate cleaning system.
