In 1888 Frank Kempsmith founded the Kempsmith Machine Tool Company on the principle of providing a heavy duty, quality machine tool, and the service to promote a long, productive machine life-span. These principles are just as important today.

The Kempsmith Machine Company, established in 1888 has become a leader in the manufacture of Narrow Web Paper converting Equipment for the File Folder and Office Products industry. In 1990, we introduced the CC - Series Reciprocating Diecutter System for inline operation with narrow web folding carton printing presses.
