RAPID, 31 years in the market, is specialized in the machining of small cylindrical spur and helical gears up to Module 2.0 or Diametral Pitch 12 in all profiles which can be generated with the gear-hobbing process.

QUALITY CONTROL
You can be assured that quality control is given the highest priority to guarantee the high quality of every gear we deliver.
The quality control starts on the purchase of raw-materials or blanks which is made exclusively with Certificates, as well as for all operations made externally as heat treatments or others. Internally all the operations and controls are documented, permitting trace-back.
For our controls we have double flank testers, measuring equipment for excentricity and conicity, special measuring set-ups, as well as a hardness tester and other conventional measuring instruments.
All this permits us to supply, if necessary , a complete final check-list of the mechanical and dimensional characteristics.
