MoldedGear.com LLC is an engineering consulting firm dedicated to helping clients with new product development and design; and the manufacture of powder metal and plastic gear transmission systems. Through the delivery of professional engineering design we create expanded applications for molded products and offer cost and time savings to our customers. We concentrate our efforts on various types of actuators and gearbox designs, including planetary or compound epicycle differential gears, crossed axis helical gears, face gears, bevel gears, lantern-crown gear, cycloid, non-circular gear, worm and external and internal spur, and helical gears. Services also include custom gear design, troubleshooting existing products, technical feasibility studies; CAD/FEA stress analysis and 3D modeling; design reviews of injection molded parts, powder metal, and sheet metal components; designs for manufacturability; rapid prototyping SLA/SLS; and product testing for OEMs. We do our job with extensive manufacturing knowledge and experience, utilizing state-of-the-art computer technologies. Our work ethic is based on the belief that success grows out of hard work, and integrity. We believe that new projects can be successfully completed on realistic schedules when proficient engineers and gear consultants are brought together.
