The department today hosts about 95 people, and we are one of the oldest chemistry departments at Stockholm University. The chemistry section, including the department, moved from Kungsstensgatan 45 to our current location in the Arrhenius laboratory in 1973.
About Company
The department of Physical, Inorganic and Structural chemistry is located in
the Arrhenius laboratory on the main frescati campus of Stockholm University
just north of the Stockholm city centre. The frescati campus is located in the
northern section of the magnificent Djurgården national park.
We have a multi-cultural workplace with people from four continents of the world
from countries like Pakistan, Slovakia, USA, China and Denmark, making the
department a vivid place to work with many cultures meeting.
