TRM is a specialist in the design and manufacture of motion control products and associated equipment for industrial machine and robot control. The company was incorporated in 1994 and since then we have many years of experience in the design and supply of control systems to all areas of industry including special purpose machines, depositors, pipe, tube and bar bending machines, electro-plating applications, chemical mixing, gearwheel tooth induction hardening and tension control and all manner of motion control applications. In quantity, systems can be custom designed to suit the individual application therefore giving greater control of costs and delivering a more competitive system that will keep your company

PCB Production In our Design office we use  the latest CAD systems in the design of all Electronic products and Mechanical systems. Graphics and overlays are also designed to custom specifications using the latest DTP packages. Our Electronics workshop has recently been completely rebuilt from the ground-up to allow us to operate in clean room conditions and it is laid out so that the work flow is in keeping with Lean Manufacturing practices to ensure we deliver the products you require at the price you need to make your application competitive. We also have a Europlacer 4 head Pick and Place machine to aid rapid building and a Redditch 5 zone Convection oven was installed in 2004 to enable us to manufacture RoHS compliant (lead free) products. We then employ high .Trained Opperators quality stereo microscopes to ensure all solder joints are sound.

About Company

In our Mechanical workshop we prototype and assemble actuator systems for applications such as jacking, X-Y tables, back stops and end stop measuring. Fitted out with a Lathe, Milling machine, saws, drills etc. we can manufacture in-house small quantity items. All assembly work is undertaken by our experienced staff.

Our Clients: TRM works closely with the Regional Language Network North West to expand it's client base into International markets. Good communication is an essential part of any business and being able to still communicate in many languages is a problem for many companies.
