In 1985, starting with 12 employees and a vision of becoming the best general contractor, Stellar quickly earned contracts with some of the largest corporations in the world and began to show signs of positive growth in the construction industry. In 2005, with a workforce over 700, Stellar has matured into a full-service design/build firm and offers in-house architecture & engineering, construction, mechanical services for industrial refrigeration and power & utilities operation and maintenance. Stellar has demonstrated its capabilities from initial development to maintaining post-construction facility contracts for the industrial, commercial and institutional markets. Stellar's design/build expertise is demonstrated by its projects that involve food processing, distribution, manufacturing, and both dry and low temperature storage facilities.
