ExtraTech Corp. also utilize some of the best software development in the business. We include Windows® compatible software with our controllers. Our ExtraTechSMproductivity software is used for the convenient setup and operation of our motion controller hardware. We also have add-ons available for working with multiple networked machines, complex job plot geometry, and the recording and reporting of job history for management. For clients with special requirements, we also offer custom programming.

Our ExtraTechSM motion controllers provide cost-effective, powerful, and flexible solutions for automating many different manufacturing industries. We work with our clients to tailor the product to fit their specific needs. We typically sell ExtraTechSM motion controllers only to machine builders and OEM's; we avoid the individual sale, but if you are looking for volume we can help.
Software optionally sold with each ExtraTechSM motion controller works with many PC-based CAD packages for the architectural, mechanical, and graphical arts design fields. CNC (EIA-274) format is supported with OEM-programmable M-codes. Stepper and Servo Motor based gantries are easy to configure. HP-GL (Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language) compatible protocol can be used to generate motion on our controller. Most PC-based packages can generate motion by talking directly to our controller using the HP-GL compatible protocol. CNC or HP-GL compatible plot files generated by these packages are easily previewed and executed by using our PC-based software and motion controller programs.
