THE ENGINEERING

The engineering department, made up of more than 25 engineers, among which 10 graduated, supported by the most updated and sophisticated electronic equipment, is able to design in real time custom-made equipment, meeting the specification of each client.

The Engineering FLEXIBILITY

The high standardization level, the coding and the electronic filing of every single component of the manufacturing line allow a high flexbility level, without jeopardizing the timing or cost of the project. The global computerization of the production process, which integrates engineering purchasing, production and assembly, allows a constant control of the production process and the possibility to promptly intervene also in case of modifications requested by the client at any stage.

The constant information feed back among engineering department, technical service and clients allows to point out the best solution in order to facilitate the job of the machine operators and to streamline the size change operations.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

A team of skilled service engineers is able to supply prompt intervention all over the world within a few hours from the moment of the request. What more, together with our manufacturing lines, we provide, as well, complete detailed manuals and isometric drawings, in order to facilitate our customer's maintenance interventions and proper training of their operators. A teleassistance service enables to analyse and intervene, via computer, on the PLC at our client's site directly from our electronic department. All this in real time and at the cost of a simple prone call.

In addition to the normal "training on the job", which constitutes a prime goal of the roll out of manufacturing lines, C.C.E. supplies a professional service for training to both technical managers and machine operators.

With the aim of providing its clients with competitive advantages, C.C.E. has created a whole new structure, so to concentrate all efforts on the research & development (C.C.E. R&D). The goal of this new company is to develop new products and their technological applications before proposing them to its customers.

About Company

CCS is an Italian company working in the field of engineering and installation of complete lines for disposable hygienic products manufacturing.

The company founded by the thirty-year experience of CCE, is specialized in production machines for baby diapers, incontinence products, lady sanitary napkins, bed underpads, fluid absorbing pads, and bibs for babies and adults. CCE’s skill in this field, joined to a continuous desire of innovation and technological development, allowed the company to achieve many international goals.

During years, the interest to develop advanced products shared between CCE and its main partners, leads to the creation of a “Research and Development” department, founded with the aim to design new technical solutions forestalling the market and the customer’s need.

CCS inherits passion and competence that from time distinguishes CCE, setting the target to create new technologies able to support every idea. Namely to offer to its own customers a concrete realization and implementation of their needs also the most complex.

The company extends over an area of 65.000 sq.m. of which 17.750 sq.m. covered, of these 750 are assigned to the mechanical and electrical engineering department and 250sqm to workshops. This simply leads to reason about the importance that CCE gives to creative and innovation processes. The engineering department, in which permanently work about 20 skilled engineers, is supported by the most advanced technologies of the field that allows creating systems upon request that satisfies the specific needs of each partner. For the spare parts, at last, a warehouse of 2500 sq.m.

CCS at the present employs about 70 persons, each strong of its substantial experience acquired. This guarantees maintaining the high level professional standards developed by CCE and a continuity in the business relationships already consolidated by the company.
