Established in the 1987, Flex-Ability has 19 years experience manufacturing Flex, Flex Rigid and single and double sided rigid PCBs. The company now occupies a 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility from which our team provides world class expertise in flexible and flex-rigid circuit design and manufacture across a broad base of technologies. Flex-Ability has a leading role in managing original turnkey projects for our customers and has applied expertise within the demanding military, medical, aerospace and telecoms industries. Mission Statement " To be recognized as a world class company by every individual and organization we come into contact with. " Our speciality is the manufacture of prototype or small to medium size batches of PCBs where customer service, on time delivery and product quality are paramount. Products range from straightforward single sided and plated through flex, to multilayer flex rigid: including Dual access and floating lead, blind and buried vias, sequential build and controlled and differential impedance. We are also able to satisfy higher volume requirements both internally and through our established international procurement service. Flex-Ability also has high quality in house Applications Engineering, Cad Design and Layout and DFM and NPI consultation services. We also offer an in house assembly service approved to IPC ANSI/J-STD-001 standard and functional testing; all of which mean that Flex-Ability are able to offer a complete solution from conception through to finished product.
