Founded in 1984, Arizona Hot Air Repair, LLC dba Arizona Hot Air is backed with 19 years of industry experience. Our staff boasts over 80 years combined ballooning experience.
Chief Pilot Captain Bob Romaneschi has traveled the world. He has flown throughout North America including Canada and Mexico. He also has many hours of flight time in San Juan Puerto Rico, The Dominican Republic, many parts of England. throughout France and Brussels, Belgium. He has even had the rare opportunity of launching from the Tower of London.
Captain Bob's flying experience includes balloons of all designs, shapes and character. Yes character! From flying "special" balloons such as the polar bear, bald eagle, giant shoe and computer monitors to T-Rex. RayOVac battery, and Pepsi cans. He has piloted balloons that can fly fourteen passengers including the Japanese Olympic Swimming Team. Captain Bob has delighted spectators, onlookers and passengers with the magic that is "hot air ballooning."
Arizona Hot Air provides hot air balloon flights, new and used balloon sales, FAA certified maintenance and inspections, flight training and corporate events and promotions.
