The Mailing Professionals has successfully operated in the Wollongong area for 15 years.
In March 2001, The Mailing Professionals was acquired by The Flagstaff Group Ltd.
Flagstaff is a well known Wollongong based charity that was established over 36 years ago to provide employment opportunities for people with a disability.
As a result of our numerous initiatives, Flagstaff currently employs over 200 people in a variety of businesses including light engineering, laundry, food packaging and recycling.
Flagstaff is a rather unusual charity in that it conducts no fund raising activities. Rather, it has grown and is sustained by the income it generates from its various business operations. All surpluses are reinvested back in the Group because for Flagstaff -
