Etchant density controlled to +/- 0.1 degrees Baume. Precision replenishment keeps etchant density constant and permits the etching process to be optimized, increasing speed, reducing undercut, and eliminating rework. The alarm thresholds are set low enough to provide process control warnings before scrap is generated. Excellent for fine line etching.
