Company Type: cast and extruded.

Company Profile

There are two popular types of acrylic; cast and extruded. Cast acrylic is the most laser friendly of the two. With the LaserPro line of laser engravers/cutters you can create impeccable detail of the smallest objects, even three dimensional photographs or the ability to cut the thickest materials in a single pass, i.e., check out the LaserPro logo cut out of 1¼" Acrylic in a single pass on our Neptune 100 watt. Simply "AMAZING." Ceramic & Glass Glass engraving is very impressive as the results give a sand-blasted effect but without the hassle of making masks and the finest detail is still possible that sand-blasting simply doesn't allow. Ceramic normally cannot be lasered directly as the baked on glass doesn't display any contrast. That has been solved with a 3rd party solution that not only give outstanding contrast but is provided in various colors. Leather Leather lasers great depending on the type of and amount of oil the leather has been treated with. With this material only testing can determine if you have a useable leather piece. But when the right leather is located the laser produces great and profitable results. Metals Coated metals laser great as the beam measures in at .005 of an inch in diameter and the laser is only removing the surface material, leaving the metal underneath intact, displaying the impeccable detail only possible with the LaserPro. Raw metals on the other hand are not affected by a CO2 laser until you reach thousands of watts of power. Fortunately with a 3rd party solution raw metal can now be lasered with a CO2 laser, such as the LaserPro and now with high contrast. Miscellaneous Your imagination is the only limitation you have with the LaserPro line of laser engravers. Creativity is the key to your success. You can laser so many materials that the list can become enormous; rubber, cork, pressed wood, inlays, puzzles, whatever you imagination can create the LaserPro produce. Remember the LaserPro motto: "If you can print it, can laser engrave it!" Stone ONLY the LaserPro line of laser engravers has the capability of producing detail so precise that actual photographs can be replicated on Marble and Granite. Other stones, such as slate, corian, onyx among many others produce great results also. Check out the samples of photos on Marble and see what profit potential there is with the right material and a LaserPro laser engraver. Wood Wood is probably the popular material used with laser engravers. LaserPro laser engravers take that popularity to a whole new level. Pick wood that provides the best contrast, such as, basswood, cherry, alder, etc. and you get detail unmatched in the industry. Other woods of the hard nature, such as, oak produce impeccable detail also but just doesn't provide the contrast to make the image jump out and grab attention.
