Novembre 2001, a seguito di una richiesta abbiamo prodotto il più alto pannello realizzato in Imatec. Spinti da questa "sfida" abbiamo messo in atto accorgimenti e tecniche di espansione per poter riuscire a tirare, con buona planarità e nei limiti delle specifiche richieste, un pannello di nido d'ape di alluminio avente spessore 500 mm.
