We have considerable experience in working with our clients to develop the optimum design for their pultruded profiles. We work with our clients to fully understand their needs. These vary from shape/size limitations, mechanical and physical requirements, through to chemical resistance and fire performance.
All designs take into account the economics of the pultrusion process, including shape effects on processing reliability, optimising fibre types/orientations, together with resin formulations.
Product specifications are developed based on the relevant British/International Standards for the client and if required, assistance is provided in selecting a suitable pultuder to manufacture the profiles.
Working as part of team developing a new range of pultrusion machines. Input on areas such as user friendliness, die heating and temperature control, and die mounting was provided. Involvement in machine proving trials, through to full 24/7 production runs.
